A friendly message to the Devs
I have been playing this game a number of years and when its good it really good but when its bad its just awful and when i say awful i mean AWFUL. i don't often post but this game is getting so annoying. you keep fixing one thing only for another thing to break and its getting really tedious. i know you guys are busy and its the pandemic and all but these issues have been around since the beginning and nothing seems to get fixed without affecting something else. could you offer some clarity or some explanation as to if or when they will be fixed
1. Game crashes to desktop with no reason or game freezes and only way to get out of game is to do a PC restart - needs to be looked at
2. undaunted pledges - you queue for dungeon and get put in with a group that has completed the majority of it and if you leave you get a 15 min penalty (really annoying as a dd when you have already waited half an hour to join a group only to have to leave and wait 15 mins then another half hour for another queue) - suggestion should be no penalty for leaving for this reason if this is the case
3. long long load times from initiating the game. when you do get kicked from a dungeon unexpectedly it can take upwards of 5 mins to get back into dungeon (especially when you get the message that your account is already logged in. IT WAS LOGGED IN BEFORE I WAS KICKED BUT IM CLEARLY LOOKING AT MY DESKTOP!! ) not helpful. the same is when im just trying to log into the game for first daily play - needs to be looked at
4. awful lag at peak times especially when there are a lot of players i.e trials - needs to be looked at
5. getting locked behind walls or doors when the group has started boss fight (doesn't happen often when in guild group but it does when in pick up group) suggestion - needs to be fixed so you are ALWAYS ported to boss
6. joining a vet dungeon only to find that you are playing alongside people lower than level 50 with no cp and no chance of getting through dungeon due to incredibly low dps (if i wanted to play solo i would have chosen to) suggestion - only cp160 can queue for vet dungeons
there are lots of other niggles but these are the main ones for me and i'm sure someone will pipe in with more. I get that you are trying to cater for everyone and that you have regular maintenance and the game wont be perfect but these issues shouldn't be here given the length of time the game has been going. Get the core stuff fixed and concentrate on your base players before trying to encourage more sales. Please the majority and the minority will join.

✭You don't understand how connections work and have made an error in one of your assumptions.
The you are still logged in problem occurs when you lose your connection to the game for whatever reason be it an issue your end, their end or somewhere in the middle and yes you will be looking at your desktop.
When you try to log back in your account shows as still logged in because it is still logged in.
The game doesn't know if your inactivity is caused by a crash or because you haven't done anything for a few minutes so has to wait for the inactive period to reach the limit before logging your account out.
Once that inactive period hits the max length it logs you out and you can then log back in.
Frustrating? Yes. Understandable? Yes
Nothing Zos.can do about this as the game does not know why you are inactive, it doesn't know you crashed.0 -

It is actually possible to get the 2 groups mixed up.. a bug that is annoying as hell1 -
