Coral Plating still bugged?

Hey there, i've been fishing since yesterday for the coral plating (yesterday around 3 hours) and today again for over 1 hour. since it still hasnt dropped, i asked uncle google. the only links i could find were to that it is bugged, but those were from months ago. so i was just wondering if it is still bugged, since i cant find any updates on this theme. if so, should i just go ahead and report it? or should i keep fishing??? 
is it suppost to be that annoying and painful to get it?

✭✭✭✭✭It was bugged when it was released but was fixed shortly after that. It should drop fine right now, but the drop rate is low. Maybe 1:100 or worse if I were to guess.1 -
