If you're running trials or vet dungeons for achievements, most people have experienced the crashes or disconnects, or at least saw it impact others in group / guild. Hopefully the upcoming patch will address some of the problems, have to wait and see™.
Game seems to be working very well for me at least. What platform are you on?
You do any pvp in Cyrodiil or trials?
Lets just face facts that Cyrodil is never going to work right. So many years, so many promises, so many supposed attempts at fixing and it just gets worse. It's quite obvious that for whatever reasons they can't fix it without a massive overhaul of the underlying engine and code and at that point, they might as well just release a new game. They keep trying to dangle a carrot in front of us with promises of improvement but that's really just to keep people coming back. At the end of the day there's no reason to keep clinging to some false hope that they are going to somehow release a patch that miraculously fixes all the issues cause it's never going to happen.
Yes, I've been trapped in this room for six years now... send help.

You will never get a totally error free game, never, that doesn't exist. Nor does an error free program.
Windows has bugs, iOS has bugs, like all companies Zos fixes some bugs and leaves others, occasionally they hotfix but normally they go in the patches. For many bugs there are work arounds, for those without we learn to live with until Zos find the solution to them.
Some bugs they will never look at due to its age or because it affects a small proportion of the user base or because no one reports it, others get fixed because Zos were looking st that part of the code and sorted out the issue at the same time.
Things like the performance of the game especially in Cyrodiil they have been looking at a long time. As yet they have yet to come up with a solution. Hopefully one day they will.
I did some pug trial runs out of curiosity (been on a long break since the game started showing game breaking difficulties in PVP)
- Ping is still high in trials for me (compared to other games) 100-110 ping in VHRC.
- Combat is still clunky and feels strange
- Animations on skills seem to freak out if you go too fast (few years back it wasn't the case)
- I didn't crash though, but I suppose I wasn't on for too long (EU PC)
- I haven't tried PVP again. Just seeing the setups some friends posted to me hasn't peaked my interest (free damage/hp sets)
- Wouldn't mind finishing off the house we got in Greymoor, but I can't justify 12 euros to finish it...
