Twitch Drops?

Okay, so I have gotten these and, I understand the basics. What I am really confused about is are they obtainable every day from all ESO streams? certain days and certain streams? I really don't understand it and would like to be well informed on the topic (one of the few I can't explain thoroughly). Hope some folks out there will take the time to explain it! I am sure some others who read this may find it useful.

✭✭✭✭✭ESO Twitch drops are only activated at certain times, such as on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of every other week-- but that's not the actual schedule. Sometimes they're activated for two or more weekends in a row, or on additional days of the week, and sometimes they're deactivated for two or more weekends in a row-- the schedule varies depending on things such as whether ZOS will be streaming "The Elder Scrolls Online" on the Bethesda channel (which I see will be happening today from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM EST), or whether they're doing any other special streams (such as next week's reveal), or whether any ESO events are in progress.
Furthermore, I believe each ESO streamer must enable drops on their channel, although I'm not certain whether anyone who decides to stream ESO at that time can enable drops, or whether they need to qualify in some way. I'm also not sure if any of the recent changes that Twitch made to the drops system might have affected whether the individual streamers still need to enable drops or if it's now done automatically.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
