States you must have 10 and I have 11 but when I use these the game states I need 10, please fix and thanks.

This isn't a bug.
You need 10 Fragments + 1 Binding to make a random Welkynar style motif.
You get Fragments for doing nCR+3 or vCR+1-3. The higher the difficulty the more Fragments you get.

I have 13 fragments now, and am still getting the message that I need 10 fragments. Sounds to me like it IS a bug.
