I will say right away that my fingers motor skills are different from most people. I am very accustomed to working with the ring finger rather than the forefinger. Therefore, I hold the ring finger on the W button, on the A little finger and on the S I hold my middle finger. With my forefinger, I easily reach the G and F keys, which I usually bind dots.
I am using a logitech g502 mouse. I always put my spam skill on the M4 key, which is right under my thumb. On the M3, which is further away, I bind the skills that I use the least, with a large CD or execute, since it is not very convenient to reach this key. On the mouse wheel key, I bind semispam skills such as blastbones, potl, merciless resolve...
There are some problems. I just can't bind the breakfree and rolldodge key. I am not comfortable pressing other buttons in this position. I tried T and V, but I couldn't get used to them.

I can barely hold my hand like you describe it.. I just double tap a movement key when I want to dodge, and press m1+m2 when I want to break free

Why aren't you using keys 1-5 for your abilites? Imo they're pretty easy to reach and you will have a lot of additional buttons freed up for dodgroll, weapon swap and so on.
It seems to me like you only want your left hand to control your movement, but only using your ring finger and middle finger to control the "w" and "s" keys is a huge waste.

Any reason why you can´t relearn? I mean, people have different preferences, but you sound like you have a position you are not yourself comfortable with. I have a pretty crappy mouse (I only play ESO now and won´t keep buying new computer games probably, but just stick to some ESO), but I use:

    Roll dodge: shift (pinky)
Break free: RMB. I use RMB+LMB for block. Sometimes I switch it on tanks when I need to interrupt while blocking, though I could probably bind interrupt to crtl as a secondary bind for block-interrupting. This does make the character bash once when block ing though, when pressing rmb-lmb, but I haven´t had any stamina issues and it is quite convenient.

Single-keybind roll dodge and interrupt makes combat much better, or would if it PvP was less laggy.

I use the mouse sidebuttons for crouch and jump.

I use E,R,F, Alt and space for the 5 skills (and I really only spam alt and space, both with my thumb). Q for ulti. § for potions.

And then some weird binds as secondary keybinds, like ¨ for crouch (I think, tbh I hardly ever use it even though I bound it...)

Possible tip: I never use bar swap anymore, instead I use only 'bar 2' and 'bar 1' hotkeys: ">,Z" and "C,V" keys, respectively (Swedish keyboard). I use 2 for each since I often spam them without looking at the keyboard. Never again an accidental two-swap. I can bang the keys all day long and only blame lag.

I use 1 for interact, 5 for sprint, and lots of others. Felt odd to put sprint in such a position, but in ESO you don´t really do much else than sprint when you sprint, so it works fine.
