Lots of people play on both regional servers, myself included although I'm not a competitive player or a min/maxer so starting afresh wasn't an issue for me. Indeed, I have found in both this and other games I've played over the years that starting over on a different server can be a great way to rediscover the fresh appeal of a game.
In any event, the only options are between approaching starting over positively or walking away, given that it's very clear that ZOS aren't going to change their position on transfers so accepting that is part of the positive approach to the situation.
I don't know what's so appealing to do the same thing over and over again just to get back to where u were before, it's fine when u work towards something that u don't have but working towards things u know u had and worked for hard is extremely boring, these things take huge amount of time and i mean a lot... thousand of hours spent playing ESO but hey i can do better now i'm more efficient than i was when i first started but that doesn't justify it.
The least the could do is let us transfer the characters with their levels, CP, skills, unlocks and achievements i can get behind farming for items and gold again but i ain't in hell gonna run all over Tamriel for skills, unlocks and achievements all over again, i have already done that on multiple characters.
Also i don't know how you can play on both regional servers with that bad Ping you're just asking for random teleports and ur hits taking ages to register it's not even playable!
You should just ignore the people who say they dont have performance issues. Even the ones that clarify they dont do anything besides quest or RP or whatever. They continuously say the same thing knowing full well it adds nothing to the conversation because they are players who dont do anything that performance issues would hinder. Such as pvp or trials or whatever.
Everyone has performance issues. It varies depending on what you're doing. And if you dont notice it because you are questing or role playing or trading then fine but for the rest of us it is noticeable, especially for pvp players who have to deal with this abomination of a zone, called cyrodil, to play a game we love.

Ultimately OP tis up for you. Nobody else can encourage you to go and do what you feel is best , if you truly love game or seek to learn, experience more, etc you will come back and create a new char from zero on a different server,
The title is not as you think... reason is i used to play on EU and now i moved to the other part of the world playing on NA having to start from scratch, ESO not having server transfer is really unbelievable considering MMOs require a lot of time investment and starting from 0 is not easy losing all my characters, gold, items, mats and time i sink into the game because now i live in another country...
We should at least have server transfer for real money if that will encourage them to do it, i will gladly pay a reasonable amount to move all my stuff to another server.
Ofc support can't help u and they wont do anything to transfer ur stuff they will just apologize and push you aside.
Now tell me how the hell do i find the courage to start from 0?

Pretty bad the Ping is always 300+
Lmao in Australia it's that regardless of server. You just live with it if you want to play, or you play something else.
It's about the network issue of Australia or the routing between Australia and ESO server ?

There is a difference between won't and can't. You assume the databases are build so transfer is possible and that support is merely refusing to be obstinate, while in reality is seems that it simply isn't a possibility due tp how the databases are built.
