Two Sorcerer Questions (Dark crystal+Exploitation, Vampire Sorc second bar)

Hey all, as the title implies, here's two questions., Does the -stun- from the Dark crystal count as a condition under which the critical bonus from Exploitation can work it's magic, or not?

Second question, I use daedric curse, crystal shards, magelight and alternate between elusive mist, and blink on my main "Offense" bar, However, for my second bar I can't quite figure out what to do with it, so i'd to know what you guys do with your "Secondary" weapon bar? Just so I can get a good idea on the direction which where I can build my own with.

Thanks in advance, Hail Sithis!

    1) It would need further testing, but it should. I can't parse thousands of attacks to prove it though, I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone else can assure you.
    2) I personally like single target - AoE differentiation of skillbars, the weapons differ on the build or what I want to level, but for me that keeps weapon swapping during combat to a minimum. If there's one thing you know in advance is that how many mobs you will attack. If 1-2 - use single, if 3+ use AoE.
