I have never been so frustrated by a gaming company in buying there stuff. They miss out on tens of thousands of crown sales to me alone because of their marketing strategy and i know there are a lot of other players are frustrated by it too. It only works on a tiny part of the population. It just annoys everyone else.
@ZOS_GinaBruno
Someone needs to tell Peter Hines to read the room...or forums...or customer feedback. People are constantly frustrated by the way crown items are sold and its costing ZOS a lot of sales with these outdated sales gimmicks that doesn't work on a medium known for its instant gratification on things that are wants not needs. LTO marketing doesn't work on this medium. So many sales are missed and those people will spend that money on other games because they want the instant gratification of having it now while they have the money and the mood strikes them. Not sit around and wait for ZOS to decide they want to sell them something. We just go buy things in other games or other games. Less time in ESO= Less likely to sell us more stuff. Not a great marketing strategy.
