My point being: If something's not going to come back at all, it should not be visible in the Collections tab as a grayed-out silhouette if you don't have it. Genuinely limited-edition stuff should only be visible there if you DO have it. It is not good to have permanently unfillable visible blank spaces.

It also shouldn't be purchasable in the cash shop. To my mind, the real issue with this not being made extremely transparent is that it results in customers spending money on an incomplete product, or being heavily pressured into spending lots of money to finish said product. Indriks are straight up the most expensive mount to purchase in the entire game.

This entire situation could have been avoided if the company didn't ram monetization of events down player's throats. This entire situation could have been avoided if the fragments for indriks were tradable like everything else event-wise before our events were monetized.

As a founder who subscribed the entire first year of the game, I have a mount that most in the game has never had the opportunity to get, and probably never will.

    What mount is that?
