What level does the Coldharbour Quests/Zone begin?

I'm curious what level we start the final Coldharbour zone.
I am level 45, just finished defeating Mannimarco and joined the Prophet and his group as one of the Five.
I was expecting to have the Prophet pop up and call me back to The Harborage to begin the next zone (Coldharbour) but nothing...
I have finished all (Ebonheart Pact) zones/stories, the Fighter's Guild and Mage's Guild stories.
Do I grind to level 50 now? There doesn't seem to be any more quests after The Rift; either that or maybe I'm bugged?

Oogaci✭✭✭Well apparently I was bugged.
I had to restart my client and the next quest appeared in my journal.
In case it happens to anyone else, I had to completely restart the client for the questline to be added to my journal. A simple relog didn't do it.0 -

✭Coldharbour starts after you finish last main quest in your respective highest level zone. It has nothing to do with your level, or if you finished the companion quest.
I went in at level 37.0
