Respec Shrines in Cyrodiil

Just a simple quality of life thing that most players would like to have in base somewhere would be at least the skill and attribute respec shrines, there is no real reason as to why there isn't one and causes some frustration when there's a queue and you have to leave Cyrodiil to go swap something up.
Not a needed feature, however it would be nice a thing to have.

✭✭✭✭✭Would be great QOL improvement. I remember this being discussed a while ago and the leading theory was that this is on purpose to increase crown sales of respec items. Probably something to it, but I have to imagine that sales of those items arent all that high. In fact, I bet most people that buy them are new players that dont even realize respec shrines exist.
Full disclaimer, I have absolutely bought a respec item from the crown store in Cyrodiil during a midyear mayhem event with a ridiculously long queue, but it was years ago.

That actually could be interpreted as a negative to the OP's suggestion!Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.2 -

And yeah, also the base banker having guild store access would improve things.
Since IC sewers base also has banker access to Guild store, why not at Cyrodiil also?
