New drop`s system

I took my drop, after 15 minutes of watching the stream, 3 hours ago. But I still haven't received anything. The box immediately came to my friend. Is there anyone else with such a problem?

Yes, it's happened to me. I claimed my drop but now 2 hours later it still hasn't shown up in game. And yes, my Twitch and ESO accounts are linked and I've quit the game completely and then logged on again -- still no crate...

Sometimes drops take a lot of hours to appear. Never got mine on time.

The new drop system is bogus.

If you miss the pop-up window (say, you're getting a glass of water, like me) you basically lose the drop forever.

Have you checked your Twitch inventory? There should be a link to it somewhere in the announcement article.

On twitch, when you click your profile there is a "drop" tab added. You you click it, it takes you to the drop inventory where you can accept the drop. I didn't get or see the notification that I received the drop, but going to profile then the drop tab I was able to get the drop.

I got mine, like others said, I had to go to the new 'drops' tab in my profile and I could claim it there. Took about 10 minutes to come through in-game then.

I guess their world class testing team did the usual standard of work on this.

Going to raise a ticket in case they think a good job was done.

I did the same after reading the advice in this thread. It threw the error but Pacrooti ultimately delivered.

So it's not as bad as I initially believed but still it's a strange change since the old way seemed to be working perfectly fine.

I watched yesterday stream for more than 15 mins through the phone app, to see what happens, there is nothing for me to claim on the drops page on twitch....and yes, I was online on twitch and accounts are connected

You do realize that ZOS doesn't control this? The change was by Twitch, you should go file a ticket with them. The "test" from ZOS was to see how well or if the new Twitch drop system worked, or didn't.

I missed out, because I saw that drops were on, but didn't realize it was only for 5 hours; I thought they would be for the entire weekend. It wasn't until after drops had ended that I started up Steam to play ESO, saw and read the announcement about a change to the way drops work, and started up Twitch to see what was going on. Then I found out from Matygon's stream that it was just for a 5-hour window of time as a test of the new system.

Oh, well.

It's not like I hadn't occasionally missed out on drops before. I'm hoping the new system works better as far as the drops being "guaranteed" after watching a drops-enabled stream for 15 minutes, although I'm not thrilled about having to click on a chat notification to claim my drop. If it can be claimed through the drops page even if you didn't see the notification, then that's good-- if it does work that way. I'm usually playing ESO myself, or checking emails or forums, etc., at the same time that I'm watching Twitch, so it's easy to miss those channel point boxes when they pop up, and I expect to have as much trouble with the drops notification when ut pops up.

Same. I click "Claim Now" and i get the "Drop not claimed error".

I got my Crate claim on Twitch's side yesterday before 1030. My wife also got her claim before 1030. Within an hour she got an email stating she had a crate in game. Over 24 hours later I still have nothing. Not sure where the disconnect occurred, but as I said, Twitch shows I got the crate.
Guess it's ticket time to let them know it didn't work. Otherwise I like the new system, it's helpful to have a progress bar showing how long I've been "earning" the reward. If ZOS can unbug the connection between them and Twitch I can see the system being very popular, especially since it removes the RNG factor.

^ I am the same: everything clicked & claimed on Twitch... but no email confirmation, or drops in game on either XBOX NA or EU server.

I got drops so infrequently (after watching a stream), and checking multiple times that I was still linked, that I can't be bothered watching streams anymore.

YMMV, of course, but for now, I've had it up to my eyebrows with participating in a failed system.

I have no options to receive or accept drops while on the IOS mobile app. It's frustrating to know that I am unable to get drops while on mobile at this time.

For those who got drops on Twitch, but never got the crate in game (or an email) - be sure to check your ESO-Twitch connection at both sides. I've got accounts linked for ages, got drops without problems up to december, not sure when and how things went wrong, but somehow after checking saw accounts connected on Twitch side, but not on ESO account page. After reconnecting I've got my crate in several minutes. Perhaps worth checking just in case.

Indeed, now I checked, my eso unbind account is from Twitch. Re-linked the account. But the drop has not yet been received.

This also fixed my issue not sure why the ESO side was no longer linked.

Incorrect If you miss the popup it appears lower right if chat. You DO how ever have a 3 hour claim window
