I am a little frustrated right now. Does anyone know how to enter the "Loriasel Inner Bailey"? Please help!

sarnox✭It's part of one of the larger side-quests which also grants you an achievement with the Mnemonic Egg icon.
Just complete all the other side-quests and eventually you will be sent over to Loriasel again.0
