There are different variants of that. I have these:
Plus some yellowish/natural colored ones, I think. And there's also a dark brown "leather" variant (that doesn't look much like leather, actually).
I can't remember where they dropped, though. But they weren't that rare, so you might get them from a guild trader for a reasonable price.@Syldras | PC | EU
