You are overrating guilds. These problems will still be there as many of those, who aare making troubles are guilddmembers. Once had a GM, who couldn´t ease his tempo in dungeons, no matter what. People simply stoped running dungeons with him.
When things like that happen they go to PUG´s simple as that. I my guild chat´s I do see people, who are looking for a fast run. They don´t get alot of reply`s and so they PUG.
It’s always better if you know the people, it works in my guild without drama and trolls it depends on guilds of course, I see your point too
