No patch notes for today's maintenance?

I couldn't find them in the maintenance section. Did I miss something?

It was just a server re-boot, nothing was "patched"

What I go by is looking at the banner at the top of the forum. If it says patch or patch/maintenance, I expect patch notes. If it just says maintenance (like today's) I don't expect patch notes. If the word patch is not used in the banner, no patch notes.
