Could Special Collectible and Special Furniture categories be merged?

With the addition of the house guests my guildies and I have encountered a problem, they count as Special Collectibles and these are already very limited and precious slots (my guarmy!) I know that increasing overall furniture slots was a definite NO as per a past ESO Live, but would it be possible to merge the two "Special" categories into one? There are very limited items under Special collectibles currently and they generally feature visual FX, so a Houseguest/Pet/Mount would be less resource intensive?

Agreed, can't put all my Houseguests in my biggest house

Yeah, I don't like choosing between house guests and merchant/banker/pets/mounts.

Agreed - given how few special furnishings there actually are, merging makes sense. I know I'd like to not have to choose what pet to remove from my house to put in a houseguest.
