Waiting on money as the post above states, though I do expect that would be an extremely small portion of the player base that would be buying crowns during the sale.
However, logically speaking, having maintenance during the final hours of the sale shows poor planning or lack of it which really comes down to possible management issues. That is the real concern.7 -

I doubt there are many people who happened to have funds clear just two hours before the sale ends. I would argue it's poor planning or procrastination by the consumer by waiting for the very last minute of a sale that's been going on for over a week.1 -
