I was trying to make a character who only used skills that were criminal acts and discovered to my dismay that there are only 6 (non-ultimate) skills that are marked as criminal acts.
If we got 4 more then I could actually make my character the way I wanted to.

I like using reaper's mark on guard but so far, no reaction from any of them whatsoever.
Guess they don't mind having their resistance reduced. Oh, that's why they have weak knee.4 -

Like "WTB rare mats in 1/3 of current price, whisper me." or "If you feel so squishy put on some heavy armor." and similar vulgarities.1 -

Not counting ultimate abilities, the necromancer has 3 abilities marked as criminal acts.
The vampire has an additional 3 abilities (non-ultimate). That is a total of 6. You have 5 non ultimate abilities on each bar, and with 2 bars that is 10 abilities, which means even as a vampire, you still need 4 more.
