Stuck in Queue Bug

There needs to be a better way than waiting days for maintenence to roll around to get rid of this bug. It shouldn't even be a thing!

Your character being permanently stuck in queue bug (even if relogged)?

I think you can fix it by having a friend invite you into a group, friend queues for something and then quickly leave it. Your bugged character will exit the queue as well.

As mentioned above there is a repeatable fix for this issue with the exact phrasing being provided by Customer Support as follows:
"Please try having another player invite you to group, and then queue as a group for the Dungeon. Once done, check your notifications and see if the option to join the Dungeon becomes available. If it does, decline, and then leave group, which should then allow you to queue as normal."

There shouldn't be player made workarounds needed to fix bugs either.

Stucked in que bug and we could not disband lol .

It's fixed before and it comes again .

How you keep the job is create some problems your employer cannot handle

That workaround came from Customer Support in a previous incident, I am just relaying the information. To my knowledge it is not "player made" as you put it, it just allows players to handle the situation without intervention by Customer Support.

To avoid having people repeat the solution quoted below, it is not working for me.

"Please try having another player invite you to group, and then queue as a group for the Dungeon. Once done, check your notifications and see if the option to join the Dungeon becomes available. If it does, decline, and then leave group, which should then allow you to queue as normal."

I am stuck in a group that has been stuck in queue. There were 4 of us - healer, tank, and two DPS. We queued for a random dungeon. As we did, the healer experienced a server disconnect (not an unusual occurrence, as we all know). The queue failed, and I (crown) un-queued us. However, this did not succeed. I tried again, but it still did not work. The healer came back online, but the queue would not pop, and we also could not leave queue. We tried to disband. We tried to individually leave queue. We tried to switch crown to a different member of the group, and have them drop queue. We tried UI reloads. We tried relogging. We tried full game restarts. I personally tried starting up the game on an entirely different computer than the one I normally use for play, including having to do a fresh install of the game and re-authenticate. One of the players just gave up in disgust. Two of them managed to get out of group. So, now I'm sitting here, in a group that I can't leave, and can't disband, with an offline player that I can't kick from group, and no one can invite me to group because I'm in, and it's not letting me invite anyone for some stupid reason - instead, it keeps insisting the group is full when I invite people.

Your grouping system/activity finder is broken.

Wow...I hope it gets fixed for ya. That is a lot of bologna to deal with. If you don't mind give us an update if you are able to leave the group and how you did it.

I had a guild mate have this situation once and they had to wait until server maintenance to leave. I assumed I had to do the same when I made this thread, hence it being pretty salty.

If the quoted fix doesn't resolve your issue (note that what your are describing as being stuck in a group as well as being stuck in queue is actually a slightly different issue than the one I posted a solution for - it is not the same thing as being stuck in queue solo, though they have similarities) you will likely need to either wait until server maintenance as suggested above or submit a ticket to Customer Service regarding the issue (and respond to the generic auto reply to get support from an actual person). I too have run into the issue of being stuck in a group after one of the members disconnected suddenly. It was shortly after server maintenance that I was able to leave the group in that case.

I did already submit a ticket, and have not received an auto-reply as of yet. As others have suggested, at this point I've just written the character off as a dud until the next server maintenance cycle. I have others to play, thankfully. This particular one was just close to hitting CP and starting to get "useful" and truly fun.
