Sadly recently ZOS changed his policy. Before you could have asked for support but now you can't anymore. Don't know way. I hope they will rework the crown store to include previous offerings...

Nope. Several of us have reported being told no by Nicholas due to a recent policy change (a few weeks ago I believe )that customer service is no longer a work around to LTO. Couple of us when pursuing the matter were also told ALL crown store requests go through him, and there is no one above him. He(Nicholas? Customer service?) Did mention that they pay attention to feedback and that was why so many popular items rotated this past year. So just hope your item rotates in the next few years I guess? Idk
