Does werewolf bug still exist?

✭✭AFAIK it's safe to relevel and remorph skills which were reset because of the bug but the the skill points are still missing.
If any communicattion is going to happen, it's supposed to be posted to this thread:

✭✭✭✭✭Bug was "kinda" fixed...
...Kinda, because when you change zones / instances your WW ulti is cancelled (you go back to human form).
Previously, the bug was game-breaking as when you changed zones, you would lose ENTIRE progression on WW morph (and also a skill point placed at that morph) and the ulti was reseting to base morph with 0 exp on it (Werewolf Transformation I)
But the problem is that ZOS did not refunded any skill point people have permanently lost due to this bug. I lost one, but some other people lost more (as they were re-morhping the ulti).
ZOS behaviour and lack of communication is unacceptable.

And they are silent up to this day. It seems that the investigation is still ongoing, but it was "wrapped under the rug" so it would look as if everything is fine and dandy.
"Yes" - for me. I have levelled WW again and morphed it back to Pack Leader and have not lost progression. Nope... It seems that no one received a single missing skill point back. Only one that said so was ZOS in their last hot-fix patch notes, but no player I know (in game or here on forums) confirmed that. The Werewolf and Soul Trap bug had two parts. Skill that reset and skill points being assigned to remorph it was lost. The first step has been fixed, skills no longer reset. Part two has not.0
