Ebony Flask inn room

Anyone know where "Felande Demarie" is in Ebonheart? i've been @ the Ebony Flask and she's no where to be seen in there. I have the "Room to spare " quest but i don't see anyone here. It's the last free room i haven't gotten yet. Sure i could spend 3k to buy it, but i'm trying to get it for free.

Is the New Life Festival somehow blocking progress?

Try to abandon the quest, rezone into Stonefalls, and try taking it from her directly outside the inn room. You may have picked up the quest at a different location (like a Chapter zone) that's interfering with her spawning in Ebonheart. Don't know why the New Life quest would prevent her spawning, though of course that is possible too.

yea ... i read through the notes on this page https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:A_Friend_In_Need and forgot its alliance specific. and i deleted my 1 argonian before grabbing the room.

what else is it dark elf and norn? hmm i might have a dark elf but i think i already grabbed the morrowind room on him.

oh well guess i get to pay for the closet room.

Don't you have a free character slot? You could just make an EP char, do the Room quest and delete them.

Otherwise, yeah, you'll have to pay. 3000 gold isn't that much though! So there's that at least.

If you're on PC/EU, I'm happy to buy it for you if you are a new player and need the money. I think it's a cute little room and worth the price.
