Problems looting Maarselok in vLoM

After killing the dragon, he is 'out of range' for looting. After running back and forth, trying different positions, only 3 out of 4 people finally looted (after like 10min of trying). Tank was not so lucky. Please fix this 'out of range bug', this is terrible when you spend a lot of time on veteran DLC dungeon and can''t get monster helm for it

✭✭✭✭✭Did you try taking portal back to start, then taking portal back to boss? This is caused by the server being out of sync with the client. Your client is displaying the boss corpse at one spot and giving you the loot prompt, but server says boss corpse is at a different location. If you can force client to "redraw" the boss arena (not sure that is correct term), it will sometimes show the corpse in correct spot that matches server, and then you can loot. I don't think it is available in Maarselok fight, but sometimes if there are critters around, like little mice or spiders or something, you can kill them and loot them and the "area loot" effect will pull in the boss loot.
It is a really annoying problem. I hope ZOS fixes it. It is not a Maarselok problem. I have seen it in numerous places and it seems pretty random.2 -
Mr_Arce88✭✭✭I had this issue many times in world - yes, but on Maarselok it is persistant for me - I always have issue looting him. I did that dung only couple times, as it has no good loot for me, but when I did, always had issue looting (group too) 0
