In the "Ghost of tsushima". There're nice hot springs which player can rest little bit out there, and also get health reward little bit.
There're nothing those place in the ESO. Looks strange doesn't it?

✭✭✭✭✭There is a new memento, the 'campfire memento' that when activated creates a campfire, and you and players around you can click to use it, and they sit by the campfire and rest for a bit. It's not exactly like what the OP wishes for, but it's a nice resting moment.4 -

You get 400,000 XP of Enlightenment every 24 hours. Basically, your first 100,000 XP every day will be quadrupled, but only towards Champion Points. It will stack with unused enlightenment from prior days. There is a cap of like 8 million or 12 million or something, though. Fight Daedra 24 hours straight? You will get 400,000 enlightenment that day. Hang out in your ESO house for 24 hours straight? You will get 400,000 enlightenment that day. Don't login in at all? You will get 400,000 enlightenment that day.3 -

Just be careful where you sleep because some trolls will try to sleep next to you, and when I say troll I mean that both literally and figuratively... In irl history sewers predated plumbing. They were build to get rainwater off of the streets, since ground could no longer soak up water once cobbled and there would be floods after each heavier rain. That said, it contained everything water washed off of the streats, so it was probably still yuck to a degree down there.
As the not sleeping part goes - Vestiges isn't really "alive" in conventional sense after all that Coldharbour shenanigans anymore, so not having to sleep isn't that far fetched.0 -

The cap for enlightenment xp is 4.8million (400,000 x 12 days).
The reset time is unique to each account and coincides with the exact time of day you hit level 50 (aka unlocked champion points) with your first character. (Mine happens to be something like 11:40pm EST)
And like @Dagoth_Rac mentioned, the x4 bonus only applies to xp needed for champion point progression. Skills/skill lines, weapon lines, etc. will only be affected by the base xp gains.Edited by Feric51 on December 29, 2020 7:05PMFeric51

Enlightened is just a thing, I still have no idea how exactly it works but it's not a rest buff, because the game has no Rest.
