I paid for 1 year subscription but didn't get any crowns? Do you not get all of the crowns right away?

    Yes you should, @Draconerus ... unless you currently have a subscription that's not ended yet.

    Assuming that's not the case and you're a new subscriber, start an Online Support ticket.

    This type of issue is pretty high on ZOS's list (since it's crowns related).

    If you're still on your old subscription, you could ask Support about having them start your new one early. No guarantees and you'll still need a ticket.

    You will have to wait until your current sub rolls over into the new one.. dumb af but it did the same thing to me

    This is true for payment methods that do subscriptions. There are a few payment methods that do not allow subscriptions and then you do get the crowns immediately.

    I believe crowns tend to me more promptly received on PC than on console, but I could be wrong on that.

    A couple of times I've had to quit to desktop, then log back in for them to show up.
