The only answers I could find online re: this were from PTR message boards, hoping to confirm this for live servers
Can you add items to your "sticker book" below 160cp that still count? Like if I loot a dungeon item at level 44 will it go into my collection as maxed level?
And does anyone know if uniquely named items go into your collection? I can't find any unique named items that belong to sets in the collection book, does it go in as the standard version or just not at all?

✭✭✭Yes, you can add items below lvl 50 — I've been leveling some characters in dungeons and added quite a lot of pieces to my collection.
Unique items don't go to collection as unique, but do as generic version.3
