Passives effecting Morphed Actives.

In a description when a passive states it will effect an active ability, will that effect also apply to either morphed ability where appropriate?
For example:
Focused Healing, a Restoring Light Templar passive, with appropriate investment 'Increases healing power by 30% to allies standing in an area of protection created by Rite of Passage, Cleansing Ritual or Rune Focus". If any of these skills are morphed might the character loose that +30% healing power bonus?
