MoonlightShadow✭✭✭Essential Housing Tools. It is a large and complex addon that helps a lot with decorating houses. One of the recently added features is to be able to target furniture in another player's home and then "identify" it.

From the update notes:
A new "Identify" button will appear while touring other players' homes.
* Point at any item and press "Identify" (Shift+I by default) to display information including:
- Item name
- Item furnishing limit
- Quantity that you own (and where the item(s) can be found)
** Requires DecoTrack add-on
