Horse Upgrade Cooldowns Stuck

After being lazy for few weeks today I decided to log in to all my characters to improve riding skills. However, I realized that few of my characters were still on cooldown. (Some 8hours, some 4h and etc.) How is this possible? I have logged into a character that I haven't been playing for months at least and it has 4hours cooldown? I am pretty sure I was sleeping 16 hours ago so... Anyone had or noticed a similar issue?

✭✭Hmm, there are some options:
1) You sleepwalking and you train horses when you are asleep.
2) Someone hacked your account just to train your horses.
3) We live in multiverse and for some reason your consciousness travelled from orginal universe where your horses wasn't trained to parallel one, where your horses where trained by you yesterday.
I also have some theory, be this is completely crazy and you may think that I'm mad. Just stay with open mind:

@Luke_Flamesword I think your 4th theory is total BS. ESO don't do bugs. It was probably me sleepwalking or my mind doing an astral projection directly into ESO Universe and feeding the horses. It should be one of these 2.Leader of Turkish Community Guild, Elder Turks.

Spell-Slinger✭✭✭✭I had this bug too. For some reason my character had 30 min left on his training, despite me not having logged in on him in months. It seemed to have sorted itself out today though, so fingers crossed?0 -

But i had activated some addons at that time, so i thought this might be the reason.
