My weapon swap is still broken

My weapon swap is still broken. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t fixed it. Everything on my end is done correctly but when I press the left button it just sheaths my duel wield or bow. I can swap from the skills menu but this takes time and is inefficient in combat, and dangerous. I’m getting really upset. I pay for this game. I would really like this fixed, finally. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Please help me and please let me know when it’s done, because I’m not sure if you think you’re fixing it and you’re making a mistake. I just opened a new ticket, which I’ve been told you shouldn’t do, but I haven’t gotten a response so I would appreciate you prioritizing it. Ticket # 201220-002473

By left button do you mean you are using the d-pad on a controller?

If I press the left d-pad and hold it down my weapon is sheathed, but if I press it quickly it swaps weapons.
