Well I reached Veteran Rank 3 today, and was a little surprised I didn't get a reward like I did when I reached Veteran Rank 2 not even a piece of mail. Is the mail system currently down?

so someone post the rewards please i just got rank 2 and got a golden saint costume are all the rewards similar to this or is there an attribute increase in there somewhere?
