Zero communication on the post from your team. I think that long post here would like some communication as to what you're all doing to fix our issues?

Communication would be nice with an ETA for a fix? Thus far no one responded and you are all keeping silent... Are we trying sweep this under rug and say too bad characters are missing those points forever? Or are you working on something thus far being kept in dark is bad communication skill set from your team

Last status they had regarding this issue was a "[PARTIAL FIX]" They did not updated their post, but instead made this one (same one you linked OP) an "Official" thread about this bug.
Last message from them was on December 7th (Page 8 of the linked forum thread):

So far - silence. I only got a mail response from support on December 9th that:ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Thanks all, looking into this now.

It is December 17th. The silence in the worst. I hope if they will refund those skill point(s) it will be before next major update (2021 1st dungeon DLC). Or at least, if they are not gonna refund them, They could say it earlier.
