I have never asked for any help before in game...so I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm hoping to get a full set of Julianos set (not jewelry)...but I have no idea what kind of gold I should have ready. Not in a guild so ya...any help with how to not be a goof in game would be awesome...thank you!

✭✭✭✭✭Best practice, have the mats and tempers needed for the set and offer those up with the request.
Note, visit a crafting station to see how many mats you need if don't know. And you probably only need to provide the 4 Purple and 8 Gold Tempers for each piece, most of us have plenty of green and blue. Also, don't forget the Kutas for your Glyphs.
And, give a tip of gold after your gear is made.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I'll be on around that time as well. Assuming you're looking to get the set on Chest / Legs / Hands / Waist / Boots then I'm guessing you are wanting the Divines trait on everything. 5 pieces will take around 750 Ancestor Silk and with the average TTC price being 23 gold each you're looking at about 18k gold to buy the silk. That would get you 5 pieces of white quality armor.
Alternatively there is a LOT of Julianos already crafted and available for sale on the guild trader market. Most of it is listed for less than cost to make. You can get a 5 piece set already purpled out for 25k. With Dreugh Wax sitting at around 10k each right now, any single piece already golded out for less than 85k is going to be much cheaper than crafting and upgrading it yourself. Even if you already have the mats, you'd be better off selling the mats and buying the already crafted pieces.
