Heyos Again! 
This is my second house that I finished recently, my Xanmeer University. I went with the concept of some mer mages who successfully travelled to Argonian territory for scholarly reasons. With the help of the local wise Argonian leaders, they used an abandoned Xanmeer to establish a university, where anyone with skill and motivation can come and learn Alchemy and Enchanting. Each of the mer also contributed some flora that shaped and aggrandized the local beauty.
