Dwarven wolf mount Antiquity menu bug

Got an error message when I exited the menu after browsing the zones in the Antiquities menu to see how many parts I had found for the Dwarven Wolf mount. Game stopped working properly. I could move around and use light attacks but that was it. Forced to restart the game.
Also, the game ALWAYS crashes when I use the launcher. I have to start the game twice.
