Possible to copy & reuse same customized fx in multiple homes?

Just wondering if there's any way to copy & or save a customized EHT fx in one home to use in an other?
I haven't seen how in any of the EHT related videos I've watched .
I customized the fx of a round shield to create a toilet seat lid (couldn't find any furnishing in game that would fit the fountain shape).
I want to use it in other homes but it seems I'd have to resize/shape the original fx again in each separate home every time as the clone feature only seems to work for making a copy in the house the customised fx is created in?

Sir Tanks a lot✭✭✭You can select an effect just like you can select furniture. Once it is selected you can copy it from one house and paste it to another.
Cardinal has a video for furniture, just select your effect instead.

Thanks for the video/link I've only copied a single item to the virtual clipboard to put in another house but it's good to know that if I was cutting and pasting a bunch of items that it's advisable to export them to text just in case. 2
