Potentate Aphotic Wolf & Potentate Cloudracer Courser mounts QUESTION!!??

Hello, and greetings, is there a reason why this time around the Radient APEX mounts ((Potentate Aphotic Wolf & Potentate Cloudracer Courser mounts)) Are not included individually from the crown crates like the others before it? I was expecting to build up 400 CROWN GEMS to just purchase the one I want. But all thats being offered is the lesser beast mounts:








I mean, I ask this question as is pretty much common sense now a days with COVID-19 not many people still have access to financial golden nest eggs as we all have had in the past and here you are, making it worse and impossible to get what we like to feed your own wallet while the rest of your fan base customers go dirt broke tryin to get just 1 things. We've all put up with this for 7 years, and not once has anything changed.

So just going to directly ask here, did someone forget to add these to the store or when are they going to be added so we can get them?

That said, lets go back a few years ago where there was talk about changing the store to give us access to all other mounts in the past so we can purchase them too. There are a great deal number of things I like to get, and again, you guys make it IMPOSSIBLE!

Ending note, ZOS can speak for themselves, don't need the over landish rhyme and reason from another player feeding into the protection of your saints, let ZOS answer this question on their own. Right @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom . Sorry for pointing out you 2 ladies, I do have some level of respect for ZOS, just that all these years unless I sent a direct ticket, not one ZOS worker ever openly answered my very important question on the forums before.
