I recently got a few of my friends to stay playing ESO. One of them is laid off currently due to covid and can't spend the money for ESO+ right now. It's there any way I can gift him a month of ESO+ without directly entering my card info into his account?

PayPal and a few other options are listed in this link, @Eedat.
You could PayPal your friend the amount and then they can pay.
