Reporting a bug is now a massive joke

So I found a bug in game and did some testing to confirm the bug. After the testing I decided to report the bug via the in game report tool. After a while I get an email from Bethesda that states that they don't comment on rumors or speculation and that if they do not hear back from me within 4 days they will assume the issue has been resolved. Now I have gotten some pretty bad responses from customer support in the past but this is just the cherry on top of it all.... How the hell can you tell someone that you don't care for speculation or rumors after they reported an in game bug? This just proves to me that the game is on service mode and they are just keeping it alive to milk the last bit of cash from the cash cow while they can.....so what is zos just saying &%#* you to anyone reporting bugs now?

    Are you really sure the mail was from Bethesda? Because that would be odd.
    Personally I've never even recieved a response to my bug reports.

    Yup email states its from Bethesda and has the bug report attached to it

    what exactly was the bug report you sent? did you word it agressively and so on?
    I know the customer service is a joke already(Truly,automated response hell,its gotten worse over the years too) but getting a response like that seems like maybe you gave a rather rude or aggressive response first.
    And also its Zenimax Customer Service you should be getting a response from not..Bethesda?

    Sounds like they sent you the wrong boilerplate reply. The typical bug report reply is thx, we have passed this on to the right people. Then that is that since they will not reply to report any progress on bug reports.

    Reporting bugs is a joke because we are getting a teaspoon of fixes for the ocean of bugs and then people say that fixes did nothing.

    Something does indeed seem off.. never heard of them giving that type of response before

    i don't understand this. why zos members leave a comment, flagging the thread with the zos badge, just to say "some of y'all been naughty, don't be naughty", on threads where we could Really use a real zos response.

    Because the mods simply moderate posting, they don't comment on anything else. Gina or Jessica might comment about something like this, but other staff are not likely to.

    For those asking the bug I reported is that the selenes set does not proc of direct magica abilities even though the description says any direct melee damage will proc it..... so it's not major bug at all.... and also no I did not write the bug report in a mean or baity or rude way all I did was explain the bug and ask that either it gets looked into or at least the sets description to get updated so that there is more clarity..... in all honesty I did not expect a reply at all except for maybe the generic not response wich I would have then just ignored
