Do we actually get stuff back for deconstructing stuff? Ive seen that mentioned somewhere, but i never get stones back when i decon my gear. Is this perhaps relevant ONLY for stuff we already created with the new crafting system, that has this weird new spiral icon on it?

Only stuff you used them on to 'reconstruct'...

And then only 25 stones, regardless of original cost.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

Wow , thats crazy. I had no idea this actually was implemented. This helps a lot then when trying out new sets, even if its "Only" 25 stones and applies to stuff thats been constructed using the new system.

    Thanks for the info!

One more point, you cannot deconstruct Mythic Items. This was confirmed to me when I opened a support ticket recently.

@LalMirchi so even though you created an mythic item yourself you cant decontruct it to get stones back?

    Yes, unfortunately.

I was so happy to finally get my Ring of the Wild Hunt so I quickly made a few without thinking. Later on I realised that the default Swift trait on the ring was superfluous as the ring is fast enough already.

The I searched around the interface and could not find anywhere to deconstruct the ring. The official help did not contain any relevant information so I opened a support ticket and got the answer a few days later.

So I've kept these rings as it would cost 50 stones to change the trait.

Yeah ok i see. Thanks for confirming that. I made 16 of them but i love the swift trait. Just checked myself and those items dont show up in deconstruct interface.

I have found the Infused trait to be very valuable as one can change the enchantment to match the playstyle. On my DDs I now have Weapon Damage enchant for example.

its only 25. that is good to know. i thought it was the full amount. i would be mad if I deconstructed one and it was only 25 and i did not know 25 was the max u could get back.
