I'd really like the Underwear to have Dye Channel(s)

The default brown on the Beast Race underwear clashes with the colors I like to use. Being able to Dye the character underwear would open up more options for outfits that forego slotting an Armor piece in the chest or leg slot.

Not necessarily since that bit everyone hates is still a part of the Costume, not character underwear.

And as a fair counter point there are already several costumes that leaves people "half dressed". Not slotting an armor piece isn't any worse.
