Area and group chat not working. Will this game ever get fixed

Went into guild chat and its constantly looping. Same with area chat. And group chat not working at all. Ps4 na

Had it on PS4 NA since Markarth dropped on and off but appeared on PS4 EU yesterday. Not sure what they did to spread it to the other server. They say sharing is caring though.

This makes me happy... finally this bug is gaining some traction - and we might actually get acknowledged after weeks of being ignore (even after escalation of a ticket nearly 2 weeks ago).

Just know this... this bug we offered them all our information on about 10 days ago - and they haven't responded to communicate. So... if its broken for everyone now, then you should be aware through transparency, that they ignored it and chose to not acknowledge the growing issue that long ago.

I could offer the nugget... that area chat works in some zones, but not others... but hey - they don't want to listen to investigate why that is.

Guild chat stopped working in Gray Host PS$ EU yesterday so they must have 'fixed' something. Should be easy to work out what they did to add this new feature. Hang on, the crown store did update yesterday also .....

Okay... because I know Zenimax won't bother investigating the reason why, nor do I even think they'll see this - but I put the work in that THEY should have done in the first place...

This is the most comprehensive list I can compile - if I've missed something, please feel free to message me, or post up. I'd also like to see if Dungeons/Delves/Public Dungeon area chats are affected too... I suspect not as they are instanced to much smaller numbers (same with housing).

Here, as of 1300hours EST are the list of WORKING and BROKEN Area chats by zone... this is for EVERYONE, not just the few... I've checked in with each of these zones and spoken to people in them. If Zenimax take and act upon this quickly, maybe... just maybe, they can find the data that correlates and find out what is causing the issue with chats to be lost. Like I said, guilds are falling by the hour to this - and I'm glad my guild is not the only one now... we may have been one of the first (if not the first)... but if it had been addressed properly at that time, this could have been avoided I'm sure.

Also would be good if we could get PS4 NA input as to when those working ones finally go into the "Broken" column... which is inevitable as I watched Craglorn move from working to broken 2 days ago...it might help to find the "trigger"
