Crownstore not working in player homes

i just logged on and collected my daily login, then went through the crownstore in wayrest.
then i ported to my playerhouse (mournhold keep) and "crownstore currently not working" message appeared. had a guest in the house as well, he could not access it either.
we both ported back to wayrest, and we could access the crownstore again
