Cant renew eso plus using steam wallet

Hey, so 1 month ago i bought eso plus using steam wallet funds, i instantly cancelled the sub because i never know for how long i am gonna play because i initially just bought it to play markarth.
However my sub expired today and i am still playing and i wanted to renew my sub using steam wallet funds again. But when i go into my steam subscribtions and try to add another month it forces me to add a card(i dont have a steam payment method added and have 13€ in my steam wallet).

This is how my steam subscription page looks, i think theres suppoosed to be a cancel subscription button aswell so i can cancel it and renew it manually, but its not there.
Any tips on what to do?

✭I had the exact same problem a few days ago.
Had $85 in my Steam Wallet specifically to make sure I had more than enough to pay for 6 months +tax. Couldn't get it to work, just kept trying to make me put in my card, so eventually just had to use the ESO website to renew without Steam.
I know that Steam at least USED to let you pay with your Steam Wallet as that's how I paid the previous two times.🌟PC/NA CP2225+ [Been playing since 2016]
