You can craft it in a Hunding's Rage crafting station (there's one in south Reaper's March, or if a guild hall, or friend has an attunable Hunding's station at their house). Since it's a crafted set, it means you can also buy it from guild traders, but if you are in a guild, first make sure to ask if someone can craft it for you.0 -

✭Like mentioned above, it is a crafted set.
Requires 6 traits to be researched and the crafting stations are found in Reaper's March - Broken Arch, Bangkorai - Wether's Cleft, The Rift - Trollslayer's Gully.

Liukke✭✭✭✭You find crafting stations around the world, where you can craft special equipments with set bonuses (in your case, Hunding's rage).
It has nothing to do with dungeons, they are not needed for obtaining it.
The hunding's rage crafting bench can be found in:
Reaper's March - Broken Arch
Bangkorai - Wether's Cleft
The Rift - Trollslayer's Gully

As a sidenote, in order to craft pieces for that particular set you have to have researched at least 6 traits.
For example, if you want to craft the medium armor chest for it you need to have researched 6 different traits for medium armor chests otherwise it won't show up as craftable.
But as others said you can also buy them from other players or guild traders, which is easier but requires of course money :P0 -
