🥺 I haven't had time this year, but let us look back on years.
Until other events this one has always been special. From giving houses, mounts, pets to even dyes (I miss the dyes), to finally have a traditional of weapon pages!
Let us not forget all bugs and work arounds we found. 😂 One year we couldn't group eso plus and non eso plus members together.

✭✭✭✭✭It's been going great for me, but then I haven't been having the kinds of problems that some of the other players have had, no doubt because I've been staying away from liches in particular and vet dungeons in general. I tend to steer clear of dungeons, but as with the Cyrodiil and Imperial City events this is one of the times I gladly step out of my usual comfort zone and play some of the content that I normally avoid-- and have fun with it. Besides, I'm finding that my PC EU main is now able to solo at least a few dungeons, whereas in previous years I chose to skip the Undaunted celebrations on PC EU because my main could not solo any dungeons yet.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
Faiza✭✭✭✭✭It's been okay. I'm mostly meh about it overall because the rewards aren't things that appeal to me at all, so I have no reason to spend tickets.
But I have been participating with my guild. I did crash once in Unhallowed Grave but I think my laptop overheating may have been the cause, rather than a server issue 😔 Poor thing.
At least with the pvp event earlier this year I was excited to hop in and try even though I didnt pvp prior because the rewards were neat and because there were achievements, titles etc. A dungeon event just doesn't appeal to me on a personal level.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's given me an excuse to finally farm the pieces for the Ebon Wolf mount. There are pieces of it in Darkshade Caverns 1 and 2, and in Volenfell. One piece in each of those three dungeons.
I found the one in Darkshade 2. Yay.
Haven't had any crashes.1 -

✭✭There's been a few hiccups. Had a random Castle Thorn earlier and we all nearly lagged out. Other than that, I've avoided the problem dungeons pretty well.0 -

✭✭Crash, crash, crash, group leaves. New queue another dungeon, crash. Able to complete it. Queue again, crash, crash, crash, crash. Just stop trying to pug dungeons.
Form a group and run dungeons for the undaunted boxes. Rewards for the most part are not worth the trouble of farming them. RNG either hates me or drops are set to low. No hope of getting all the style pages not that I would use them but want for completion sake. Not the best by far for me but it’s still early and hope is eternal.
At least I give them credit for running it longer then 4 days like in the past.

✭✭✭✭✭Say it has been working pretty well for me. Lots of dungeons, finder works most of the time and no crashes.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭It’s been going well for me and I’ve used group finder for dungeons solo, partial group and full, and at most we’ve had to requeue once. I’ve only been going with lower level characters, usually ~20 to get the bonus for queuing for random and avoid any of the broken dungeons.2 -

✭✭I've been levelling some of my baby toons as well as running randoms on my grown up toons. All through DF and dps is popping relatively quick!

✭✭✭✭✭I've been getting leads from some bosses, that's been nice. I have been tanking some dungeons I have never tanked before, so that's been kinda daunting lol. It keeps randoming me stuff like Cradle of Shadows and DoM and stuff I have only healed before, so doing something new has been fun if not painful.Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. No problems at all. A little higher latency at late afternoon (GMT+1) but no crash and no problem.
Going only with my wife, and we going to our liked dungeons
We don't use dungeon finder. Sometimes we take pledge daily, but because it is not necessary we go to first liked dungeon, kill bosses, take tickets and we move on

2 vet dungeons per day with PUG at around midnight hours EU server.
No long ques, 10-15 minutes to get in, I am not faketanking.
No crashes. Ping got from usual 60-80 to 100-110 at some points, but even that is getting better.
Just one example of voting to kickout a member of the group, in the end person that initiated voting left us, and we cleared it out.

✭✭Fantastic. I like Swarm Mother weapons the least.
Opened 4 golden reward boxes till now, 4 Swarm Mother.
Opened like 40 purple boxes, only 1 weapon style page.
I will only do nFG1 from now on, get reward and tickets, logout.

This time I'm trying to do a different dungeon every day, and I'm enjoying them.
I'm still leery of running dungeons as part of random groups-- not because I'm afraid of having to put up with bad players, but because I don't want to be the bad player that the rest of the group has to put up with!
But learning the mechanics of the various dungeons and bosses is fun. Maybe I'll have to start farming gear now.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!4 -

If you can solo a dungeon then there is no way that your groupmates will not be satisfied with your performance, at least on the normal difficulty. Farming gear is much more efficient as a group, 4x the loot and faster completion. I'd say don't avoid the queue.5 -

✭✭✭✭✭Generally, I've been soloing a pledge for a gold box then doing a delve for a purple as my daily routine for the event.
Friday however, I duo'd two dungeons, then later ran with a premade group of four through another dungeon twice helping one of them farm some gear. I have not used the DF during this event.
By carefully managing my characters and the pledges, all my dungeon runs have been pledges as well.
All this has been on normal and I've not experienced any crashes or bit performance problems. Sorry that others are running into problems.

✭✭✭✭Due to so many players having crash issues(based on the forum) I am waiting for tomorrow's patch untill I do something for real. There is no point in running dungeons if players might often crash/DC, as that is just wasting time and effort. Even when I do not have any issues myself. So for now I only do one dungeon per day for the tickets.
PS: Side question: Can we also get the opal shoulders from the undaunted 1 key mystery boxes? ... Or do they only come from the 25 key boxes?0 -
Scottfree2✭✭✭Log in, do a Bolgrul for old times sake, queue healer or tank char for rando normal, actually got Fg1 once, Dlc for the rest, but we got thru em w minimal problems, other than tank who bailed as soon as he realised we were in Bloodroot forge which actually wasnt bad and didnt take long .. so overall, going as fine as an event i dont really care about can go.0

Intha1313✭✭✭The bad - Crashes, getting transported to dungeon entrance on end boss, getting 1 key for Vet instead of 2 (3 times now), stupid angry people telling you what skills to use and that 35-45k dps isn't enough 'for them'.
The good - met some cool peeps having trying to have fun, making dungeons that much better.

✭✭✭Just duoing some pledge dungeons with my husband, @FrancisCrawford. Maybe do a Bolgrul delve with alts working on Undaunted rep. Haven’t been impressed so far with the reward boxes...must be my awful rng. Still, free stuff is free stuff, so I won’t complain too much. Have fun, everybody!0
