Experiencing a bug where an achievement is not counting towards another one

Hey everyone, any ideas on how to fix this bug? I think it was caused by the game crashing as Bahraha was killed, upon logging back in the delve was marked as cleared and I got the achievement for it alone, but it didn't progress towards 'Hew's bane cave delver'. I have killed Bahraha numerous times now to no avail, unfortunately this is the only achievement I need for the hero of Hew's bane trophy as well.

SDKTJ✭✭✭Sort of update, I tried support but I was told they can't help with achievements. I've also cleared both delves in Hew's Bane multiple times, even solo so all the damage was done by me (so boss kill definitely registered). Does anyone have any ideas?0
