I know the recipe can spawn in place of harvest nodes in Cyro. SO:
a) Is this only cloth/ww/bs nodes? Or can it also spawn in place of rune/flower/mushroom/water nodes?
b) Can this only spawn in the overland? Or can it also spawn in Cyro delves?

Can't speak for delves as I only looked in overland, and close to keeps.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I have found them in smithing/JC, clothing, woodworking, and alchemy nodes.
Not yet seen one in a delve, nor heard of it spawning there. But I have noticed that the respawn rate on delve nodes is much faster than overland.
